Manish acts in matters involving breach readiness and handling, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gap analyses, analysis of information security requirements under the GDPR and privacy framework establishment and management.  He also advises on privacy and technology aspects of corporate transactions, working closely with the firm’s corporate, financial services and private equity client base.

Manish is a member of the British Computer Society. He frequently writes for respected journals, speaks at events and provides specialist training on the touch-points between data privacy and cybersecurity including most recently, an intensive day course on “Cybersecurity for Privacy Professionals”.   He also is reading (part-time) for an advanced MSc in Software and Security Systems at the University of Oxford.
